What information we collect at enquiry and order stage, why it is collected, and how it is handled.
At enquiry stage we collect the contact details and organisation information you provide: name, messaging contact, organisation, organisation type, country, product or sequence of interest, quantity, purity target, intended research application and any documentation or shipping requirements you specify.
Information is used to prepare and issue quotations, assess specification feasibility, prepare the documentation package, arrange shipment and maintain the commercial record of the transaction. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Customer sequences and project details are treated as confidential. Non-disclosure terms can be agreed before technical disclosure. Customer sequences are not published, resold or reused for any other buyer.
Information is shared only where necessary to fulfil the transaction — for example with carriers and customs brokers for shipment, or with analytical providers where third-party testing has been requested. We do not sell contact data.
Commercial records are retained for the period required to support batch traceability, warranty and statutory record-keeping obligations. Analytical and batch records are retained against the lot.
Requests to access, correct or delete enquiry information can be sent to the procurement desk over WhatsApp, quoting the enquiry reference. Records that must be retained for traceability or statutory purposes are the only exception.
The site sets only the technical storage it needs to function, such as the cookie that keeps your WhatsApp enquiry linked to the same procurement desk and the short-lived storage that carries an advertising click identifier across pages. No advertising or behavioural profiling cookie is set unless measurement has been enabled, and when it is, it is configured through Google Consent Mode with a consent prompt so that no measurement tag runs before consent is given. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; doing so does not affect the ability to browse the catalogue or contact the procurement desk.
Where consent is required, we ask before any analytics or advertising tag loads. Requests concerning this policy, including access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, can be sent to the procurement desk over WhatsApp or by email, quoting the enquiry reference. Records that must be retained for traceability or statutory purposes are the only exception.
Send the catalogue reference or target sequence, required purity, quantity and destination on WhatsApp. The procurement desk returns a formal quotation with the documentation package and lead time.
